You'll notice the case studies below describe companies rather than name them. That isn't modesty on our part, and it isn't because the work is unverifiable.
Three of the four asked specifically that their name and in one case ours, anywhere in the software stay off any public material. They regard the systems as competitive advantages and would rather their competitors didn't know how they were built, or who by.

Every sign is cut to order. So we built a configurator that cuts too.
22 product categories, all customisable to any dimension. Rather than modelling finished products, we modelled the components and cut profiles to length at runtime producing 3D, AR, the bill of materials, the quote, and an optimised packing list with per-box weights.

A month of coordination, done in an afternoon.
Showing an architect what a half-built building would look like once clad took three departments and up to a month. Now one person photographs the site, the software clears the construction debris and completes the building, panels are applied, and the bill of quantities comes out with the visual.

Signage, cladding, exhibition systems, appliances. Nothing in common on the surface different products, different customers, different factories. But every one of these projects started in the same place: a business where a specific, valuable piece of knowledge lived in one or two people's heads, and everything waited on them.
The knowledge was real, and undocumented
How to price a custom sign. Which warranty applies in which market. What combination of frames will actually fit together. How many boxes an order will fill. Nobody had written it down, because the people who knew it had never needed to.

Everyone else waited for that person - the estimator, the designer, the experienced service agent. Growth meant either hiring more of them or accepting slower answers.

In every case, the rules turned out to exist. They were consistent, they had reasons behind them, and once documented they were buildable. What felt like judgement was mostly logic that had never been examined.

The people capable of designing your next product are usually the same people pricing the last one. Automation gives you that capacity back.
Growth stops requiring headcount.
One client handled four times the volume with the same team. When capacity sits in a system rather than in trained people, more demand doesn't automatically mean more hiring.
Prices stop carrying a cushion.
Estimates get padded, because the person making them is protecting against
being wrong. Calculated figures don't need padding - which shows up in freight costs,
wastage allowances and margins.

Dealers, installers and distributors configure and quote inside rules you control, without routing everything through head office. Two of these projects put the tool directly into a partner network.
