Screens that show the right thing, without anyone remembering to update them.

Digital signage systems built around how your operation actually runs shop floor, retail, transit or campus. LED, LCD and e-paper managed from one place, working whether or not the network does.

THE PROBLEM

The screen is showing last month's number.

Every organisation that installs displays discovers the same thing: putting them up is easy, keeping them current is not. Someone owns the updates until they're busy, and then a production board shows a stale target, or a price on a shelf edge doesn't match the till.

The Reality

A screen showing the wrong number is worse than no screen. People learn to ignore it.

Off-the-shelf signage software solves this for a shop window. It rarely solves it for a factory, where the network drops, the screens are in places nobody visits, and the content has to come from a system rather than from a person.

We've been building signage systems since 2014, and over that time we built our own platform screen management, scheduling, content approval, templating, offline operation and a device that turns any display into a managed one.

So a signage project with us doesn't begin with a blank page. It begins with a working foundation, which we then build around your operation your content sources, your approval chain, your screen environment, your integrations.

You get the speed of something proven and the fit of something built for you and, as with everything we deliver, no licence fee and no per-user charge afterwards.

THE APPROACH

We didn't start from zero, and neither should you.

E-PAPER

The displays almost nobody manages properly

E-paper consumes close to nothing while showing static content, stays readable in direct sunlight, and needs no cable. For shelf-edge pricing, warehouse labelling, meeting rooms and public information, it's the obvious technology and support for it in signage software is rare.

The Truth

Roughly zero watts, readable in sunlight, no cable running to it. The technology was never the problem. Managing it was.

We manage e-paper alongside LED and LCD from the same dashboard. Same content library, same scheduling, same approval workflow.

BUILT FOR REAL ENVIRONMENTS

Two things factories need that retail software doesn't

RELIABILITY

It keeps working when the connection doesn't.

Content syncs locally. When the network drops and in a warehouse or on a shop floor it will the screens keep playing and resync when it returns. Nobody walks past a blank display wondering whether the system has failed.

SIMPLICITY

Deployment doesn't need a PC or a visit.

Our own plug-in device turns any screen into a managed display. No machine behind it, no configuration on site. Plug it in and it appears in the dashboard.

WHAT IT DOES

Day to day

  1. 01

    One dashboard for every screen.

All displays, all locations, live status and what's playing right now.

  2. 02

    Approval before anything goes live.

Structured sign-off, so an out-of-date price or an unapproved message doesn't reach a screen.

  3. 03

    Templates with dynamic fields.

Reusable layouts carrying text, images and QR codes, so a change is a field edit rather than a redesign.

  4. 04

     Playlists and scheduling.

The right content, on the right screen, at the right time set once and left alone.

  5. 05

    Fed from your systems.

Where the content should come from production data, an ERP or a live feed, we connect it.

  6. 06

    Web and mobile.

Manage the network from a desk or from the floor.

WHERE IT FITS

Environments we've built for

Manufacturing

Shop-floor boards fed from production data, with offline mode built in.

Retail

Pricing and promotions across locations, including e-paper shelf edges

Transit and public spaces

Live information across terminals and stations

Corporate

Lobbies, notice boards and meeting rooms.

Healthcare

Queue and patient information

Education

Campus wide notices.

COMMERCIALS

What it costs and how long it takes

Because the foundation exists, a signage project is usually shorter and less expensive than a system built from scratch. Scope depends on how many screens, how many locations, what has to feed the content and whether e-paper is involved.
No licence fees, no per-user charges, and the source code sits in escrow with automatic release to you if we cease trading or the agreement ends.

FAQ

Frequently asked

A system we build. We start from a foundation we've developed since 2014 rather than from nothing, then build it around your operation. You own the use of what's delivered, with no ongoing licence.

Screens keep playing from locally synced content and resync when the connection returns.

No. A plug-in device handles it.

Yes. Production data, ERP figures, live feeds — where the content should update itself, we connect it rather than leaving it to a person.

Near zero power while static, readable in direct sunlight, no cabling. For anything that changes occasionally rather than constantly, it's cheaper to run and far simpler to install.

How many of your screens are current right now?

If the honest answer is "some of them", the problem isn't the screens.
Thirty minutes, and we'll tell you what could feed itself..

You run the factory. Leave the software to us.
