YOU RUN THE FACTORY.
LEAVE THE SOFTWARE TO US.

Thirty engineers in Pune who have spent fourteen years inside
manufacturing businesses. Not a startup. Not an agency.

A team that has built roughly a hundred systems for companies who make things
and knows how the work actually gets done on a shop floor.

Who we are

Most software Fails
because nobody listened.

  1. We Walk In
  2. We Watch
  3. We Ask
  4. Then We Build

Most software companies serve everyone.
We chose one world and stayed in it.

Manufacturers whose products are configured rather than picked off a shelf. That focus is the whole difference. When a signage manufacturer explains why the same panel costs three different prices depending on the substrate, we don't need it explained twice. When an engineer says the BOM has to reconcile against what the machine can actually cut, we've solved that before.
Fourteen years in one domain means we arrive knowing the questions. We are thirty engineers, designers and project managers based in Pune, India. We build product configurators first, and the systems that surround them - ERP integration, production planning, CRM, machine-level IoT because a configurator that doesn't reach the shop floor only solves half the problem.

We don't licence a platform. We build systems, hand them over, and
they keep working whether or not you ever call us again.

  1. THE JOURNEY SO FAR

    How we got here

  2. 2012 - Why the company exists

    A software rollout that
    failed for entirely human reasons.

Our founder watched an ERP implementation fail at her family's college. The technology worked. It failed because it had been built for an
imaginary institution, and the staff who used it every day recognised nothing of their own jobs in it. Queues, lost records, resistance.
So she built something around how the staff actually worked. Within months, the people who had resisted hardest were the ones asking for new features.

That was the proof of concept that became a company.

  3. 2012 — THE FIRST MANUFACTURER

    Rajeev Enterprises, Pune.
    A factory running on paper.

A CPRI-approved manufacturer of industrial automation and electrical control panels regulated, technically demanding work.

When we walked onto their floor, the entire operation ran on paper. Not spreadsheets. Paper.

Job cards, panel specifications, material lists, approvals: all handwritten, all in transit between desks, all impossible to search.

Everything the business knew about how to build a panel lived in filing cabinets and in the heads of the people who had been there longest.

Digitising that meant learning how a factory genuinely operates before writing a line of code — which is where the habit started,

and why we still document a client's logic and get it signed off before development begins.

They don't want to be a client any more. The system just works.

  4. 2014 - 2018

    Learning manufacturing
    from the inside.

Custom ERP, workflow systems, sales and billing automation, compliance platforms. Unglamorous work that taught us how a factory actually runs
and why software written by people who have never stood on a shop floor gets rejected by the people who have.

  5. 2019 - 2024

    The same problem,
    at every client.

The pattern kept repeating. A manufacturer who could build anything, and a quoting process that took days because every enquiry was different.
Best engineers pricing jobs instead of designing products. We started building configurators, cut quotation timelines from days to minutes,
and stopped calling ourselves a general software company.

  6. 2025

    Beyond
    the quote.

Automated BOQ and RFQ generation, solar manufacturing systems, and machine-learning components where they earn their place
recognition and insight built into manufacturing workflows rather than bolted on for their own sake.

  7. 2026

    Europe.

Working directly with manufacturers in Germany and Benelux — signage, LED, exhibition systems, label manufacturing -
with EU-hosted data and European working hours.

  8. Today

    Roughly a hundred systems,
    on three continents.

Signage and LED manufacturers in Europe. Custom rigging in the United States. A solar manufacturer whose installation planner replaced
four separate teams. Exhibition systems, fabrication, industrial products. Different industries, one problem: products too specific for
off-the-shelf software, and teams too lean to build it themselves.

PURPOSE & WHY ABHINAV EXISTS

We automate the tedious so people can do what only people can do.

Think creatively. Solve the problems that matter. Nobody's best engineer should spend two days of their week pricing a job a system could price in ten minutes. That's the purpose. Here's the problem that keeps getting in its way.

The software usually doesn't get finished.

  • Ask a manufacturer about their last software project and you'll often hear the same story. A licence was bought. A kickoff happened. Then the work of modelling the products landed on someone who already had a full-time job — and it stopped. The industry treats this as a customer problem. We think it's a delivery problem.

Every configuration platform on the market is sold on the promise that you stay in control and build it yourself. For a company with a dedicated product manager, that's genuine freedom. For a manufacturer where the owner is also the estimator, the sales manager and the person chasing a late delivery, it's the reason the project died. So we built the company the other way round. We do the modelling. We do the rules, the interface, the integration and the testing. Your job is to answer questions and approve what you see.

Vision

A global partner manufacturers trust
with the systems they can't buy off a shelf.

Complexity should be a competitive advantage, not an operating cost. The manufacturers we work with win business precisely because they can make what nobody else will. Every enquiry is different, every product is adapted, and that flexibility is why customers call them first. Today that same flexibility is what slows them down — days of calculation before a price, a bottleneck at one engineer's desk, a quote that arrives after a competitor's. We want to see a manufacturing sector where being highly customised costs nothing in speed. Where the most adaptable company is also the fastest to respond, because the complexity lives in a system instead of in people's heads.

Mission

Deliver systems that go live.

Not licences. Not pilots. Not proofs of concept that sit in a folder. We take the logic a manufacturer carries in their head and their spreadsheets, build it into software that works for their real products, connect it to what they already run, and get it into daily use. Rapid and reliable, built around the workflow rather than around our own product.

We judge ourselves on one thing - whether the system is still in daily use six months after handover.

What guides us?

Core Values

We start from your
workflow,
not our template.

Every decision begins with how your business actually runs - including the exceptions and workarounds your team stopped noticing years ago. We have no platform to fit you into, so there is nothing to bend you toward.

Core Values

Bad news doesn't get better with age.

If something is going wrong on your project, you hear it from us early, not at the deadline. Speaking up is not encouraged here, it is expected. You will never be the last to know about your own system.

Core Values

We ask until we understand.

If we don't understand how your product is priced, we ask again. Ten times if that is what it takes. There is no cost to asking and a very high cost to guessing — a configurator built on an assumption is one that quotes the wrong number.

Core Values

Integrity is a filter.

Some products genuinely can't be configured, and some projects shouldn't be built. We'd rather lose a deal than overpromise, and we'd rather tell you in the first thirty minutes than discover it in month four. We have no licence to sell, so we have no reason to pretend.

Core Values

Humans, not resources.

Our people stay for a decade because they're valued as people, not billed as capacity. That stability is what lets us answer a question about your system two years after it went live.

Core Values

We take on what others refuse.

New technology, unfamiliar domain, a problem nobody has solved in your industry - we'll learn it. Fourteen years of saying yes to hard problems is why the difficult ones don't frighten us.

Core Values

You should never be trapped.

Source code in escrow, released automatically if we cease trading or the agreement ends. No licence renewals. No per-user fees. A system you own the use of, that keeps running whether or not we do.

Leadership

Founded Abhinav DCS in 2012 after watching a software rollout fail at her family's college — not because the technology was wrong, but because nobody had asked the staff how they worked. Fourteen years later, that is still the first question on every project.

"Every business has a story behind how it works. The more closely we listen to it, the more clearly we see what it actually needs. Technology begins there not with assumptions, but with understanding."

Gaurav Jagade

Head of Operations & Delivery

With Abhinav DCS since 2019 · MCA

Runs delivery on every project, which means he's the person accountable for your timeline. Discovery, sign-off, the first working version at 8 to 12 weeks, and go-live. Gaurav owns the schedule those dates sit on. He is also the answer to the question our whole process exists to address: if a project starts to slip, it's his problem to solve rather than yours to chase.

Shubham Soni

Head of Engineering.

With Abhinav DCS since 2019 · MCA

Leads engineering on configurator, optimisation and integration projects, and is accountable for the architecture decisions that let a configurator handle products nobody has ordered before - runtime assembly, constraint logic, and the optimisation solvers behind packing and material yield.

Tanuja Tate

Head of Quality Assurance

With Abhinav DCS since 2015 · BE

Eleven years testing systems that price things. Tanuja's team runs your historical quotes through the configurator before go-live and accounts for every difference between what it produces and what your people actually quoted. If you have ever worried what happens when software prices a job wrong, she is the reason it doesn't.

Culture

What it's like
to work with us

The best idea wins regardless of title, and there are no layers between you and the people making decisions. You will not be handed to an account manager after signing.

Three to five people on a project, one of them accountable to you directly. In an industry where developers move every two years, several of ours have been here more than ten — so when you call about a change eighteen months after golive, the person who answers knows why your system was built the way it was.

We move quickly and take ownership without waiting for permission. But your pricing logic is no place to move fast and break things, so the speed sits inside a process: documented logic, signed off before code, tested against your real quotes.

Genuine relationships with clients, and professional standards that don't slip because everyone gets along.

Quality standards

What "built properly"
means here

You are trusting a system with your pricing. If it's wrong, you quote below cost or lose a deal you should have won. So here is exactly how we make sure it isn't wrong.

Your logic, signed off before code.

We document every variant, rule, price and exception, and you approve that document before development starts. Most errors are caught here, on paper, where they're cheap.

Tested against your real quotes.

Before go-live, we run your historical enquiries through the system and compare the output to what your team actually quoted. Every discrepancy gets explained or fixed.

Built to be changed.

Product ranges move. Systems are structured so a new option or a price change is a small job, not a rebuild.

Documented and handed over.

You receive the documentation, the architecture and the escrow arrangement — everything a third party would need if they ever had to take over.

Data handled to European standards.

Servers in Germany, GDPR compliance, a signed DPA before any project begins.

That last detail wasn't in any specification. It came from listening to what actually
worries someone receiving forty boxes of aluminium profile.

Global Vision

Built in India. Accountable in Europe.

We've built systems for manufacturers in India, the United States and Europe. The engineering travels well - a configuration problem in Pune looks the same as one in Eindhoven. What doesn't travel automatically is trust, and we've structured the company so it doesn't have to be assumed.

Your data
stays in Germany.

Hosted with CSpace, inside the EU, with a signed data processing agreement before work begins.

Your system doesn't depend on our survival.

Source code in escrow, released to you automatically on insolvency or termination.

Our day overlaps with yours.

Reachable 08:00 - 16:00 CET, Monday to Friday, with one named contact rather than
a rotating account team.

You can speak to someone who has done it.

One of our European manufacturing clients takes calls from serious prospects, before you commit to anything.

Where we go next is decided by our customers rather than a map.

Right now that means German and Benelux manufacturers — and it means growing slowly enough that every client still gets a person who knows their project by name.

Clients

Manufacturers who trusted us
with their pricing

We solve the most obvious problem first.

Not a five-year digital transformation programme. One problem — usually the quoting bottleneck, because
that's the one costing you deals this month — built properly and put into daily use.

Then it works, and it keeps working without us.
Over 90% of our clients come back for the next one anyway.
Not because they're locked in, but because the second system is easier to justify once the first one is running.

That's why we build ERP integration, production planning, CRM and machine-level systems.
Not as a services menu, but as the things our clients asked for after the configurator went live.

Conversion performance

Quoting went from two days to twenty minutes, and the quotes that go out now are the ones we can actually build.
