Modern industrial manufacturing facility with engineers working on custom 3D product configuration and engineering-to-order solutions

Your customer sees the product they specified. Not one like it.

Custom 3D configurators for manufacturers whose products are made to order built from your actual components, so a size nobody has ordered before is still a valid product.

THE APPROACH

Why most 3D configurators can't handle custom manufacturing

The standard approach is to model each finished product and let the customer choose one. That works for a catalogue. It falls apart the moment a customer can specify their own dimensions, because the number of finished products stops being a list and starts being infinite.

So we build the other way round. We model the components your factory actually stocks profiles, panels, accessories, fixings and the software assembles them on demand. Profiles cut to length at runtime. Accessories attached where the rules allow. The finished model generated on the spot.

The configurator does the same thing your factory does. It cuts to size and assembles.

FOR THE CUSTOMER

What the customer gets

Live 3D of their exact specification.
Not a representative image of something similar. The real product, at their dimensions, with their accessories and finishes.

Augmented reality, on their own phone.
The product placed against the real building at real scale, before anything is manufactured. For products bought on appearance, this removes the last hesitation and prevents the expensive kind of disappointment that arrives after production.

Only combinations you can actually build.
Your rules run underneath. A specification your workshop can't fabricate can't be selected, so nothing invalid reaches an order.

FOR YOU

What you get

The bill of materials, from the same model.

Components at their cut lengths, accessories, fixings. The BOM isn't derived separately from the visual it's the same assembly, described differently.

The quote, without an engineer.

Your pricing logic material rules, labour, exceptions, the discounts your team applies by feel built in and running for whoever is in front of the customer.

The order, in your ERP.

Real orders with the right parts, costs and routings. Nothing re-keyed.

And whatever else
the order needs.

Technical drawings, cut lists, packing lists with per-carton weights, production schedules. Where the configuration has to travel further than the quote, we build that too.

POSITIONING

Built for engineer-to-order and make-to-order

Most configuration platforms assume configure to order a fixed architecture, customers picking from predefined blocks. If you're ETO or MTO, adopting one means restructuring your product range first, and that restructuring is usually the reason the project never finishes.

We build around your product as it is. Variant logic, dimensional customisation, the exceptions accumulated over twenty years.

COMMERCIALS

What it costs and how long it takes

Projects start from €25,000. A working version with your own products in it takes 8 to 12 weeks full go live, integrated with your ERP, takes 3 to 6 months.

No licence fees afterwards, no per user charges, and the source code sits in escrow with automatic release to you if we cease trading or the agreement ends.

FAQ

Frequently asked

Yes — that's the reason we build from components rather than from a catalogue of finished variants.

Yes, and your ERP stays in place. We integrate with SAP, Business Central, Odoo and older systems without supported connectors.

You hold a perpetual licence to use it, with source code in escrow released automatically if we cease trading or the agreement ends.

Yes. A paid pilot builds one product family for real, and you keep it whether or not you continue.
