The Website is directed at businesses and professionals. It is not intended for consumers, and nothing on it constitutes an offer capable of acceptance.

You may view, download and print pages for your own business purposes. You may not:

• Interfere with the Website's operation or security, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it;
• Use automated systems to extract content at a scale that burdens our infrastructure;
• Use content from the Website to train machine learning models without our written permission;
• Copy, republish or distribute our content commercially without our written permission.

The Website hosts live demonstration configurators. These are provided for evaluation only. Prices, specifications, availability and technical outputs shown in them are illustrative and do not constitute a quotation, a specification, or advice you should rely on for a purchasing or engineering decision.

We take care that information on the Website is accurate at the time of publication, but we give no warranty that it is complete, current or error-free. Figures relating to client results describe those specific engagements and are not a prediction of what your business would achieve.

All content on the Website text, images, diagrams, code, the configurator demonstrations and their underlying logic is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Nothing on the Website transfers any right in it to you.

The Website links to and embeds content from third parties, including scheduling, mapping and video services. We have no control over their content or practices and accept no responsibility for them. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

We do not guarantee that the Website will be available uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and where liability is mandatory by law.

For simple negligence we are liable only where we breach an obligation essential to the purpose of these terms, and only for foreseeable damage typical of this kind of agreement. All further liability is excluded.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may amend these terms. The version published on the Website at the time of your visit applies.

These terms are governed by German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Where you are a merchant, a legal person under public law or a special fund under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Frankfurt am Main, Germany. We are also entitled to bring proceedings at your general place of jurisdiction.
